HOTMAN® System w/ EXT-TEBCO® is the lowest cost
HOTMAN® System available from HEMO SAPIENS®.
This
Modular Systems includes the EXT-TEBCO® Module (with a different
- HOTMAN® - communication protocol than the stand-alone EXT-TEBCO®
Module) and a notebook (Windows XP OS) with HOTMAN®
software already installed. This modular system also contains a color printer
and the textbook Systemic Hemodynamics and Hemodynamic Management.
EXT-TEBCO® is connected to the notebook's USB port via a USB
cable. The patient interface is 8 TEB electrodes, connected
via a patient cable to the System. The cardiodynamic (blood flow and left-ventricular
performance parameters) and respiratory data are continuously measured by the integrated
TEBCO® Module and displayed as mean vales over 16 accepted heartbeats.
The arterial blood pressure is measured periodically by the operator via a manual
or automated sphygmomanometer. The arterial blood pressure data and the pulse oximetry
values are entered periodically by the operator via the keyboard. When "Invasive
Data Available" mode is selected, Hgb, CVP, PAOP and SvO
values may also be entered via the keyboard to obtain complete hemodynamic
and oxygen transport dynamics information. The HOTMAN® System then
processes this hemodynamic input information, calculates several additional hemodynamic
parameters, stores the data and four digitized analog signals on the system's hard
drive once every minute. The patient hemodynamic and oxygen transport dynamics data
can be displayed in several diagnostic and therapeutic management pages either in
real-time or in a review mode. Click here to learn more about the concept
of HOTMAN® Systems.
This HOTMAN® System has both the FDA 510(k) marketing approval and carries a CE-Certificate.
