HOTMAN® System: The Monitoring Page

The Monitoring Page of all HOTMAN® System is an informational tool designed to inform the clinician about:

At the beginning of the measurement, the HOTMAN® System can be set into one of two different modes of patient input data entry, resulting in several different data display formats of Monitoring Page. The mode setting depends on availability of values of hemodynamic/oxygen transport parameters.
There are two mode settings available:

Depending on measurement mode set and absence/presence of values of entered parameters, the Monitoring Screen of HOTMAN® BAS System can attain several formats:

The Monitoring Screen above of the HOTMAN® System in "All noninvasive measurements" mode of operation. This patient is subsequently analyzed in the corresponding Hemodynamic Management Page and the Hemodynamic Modeling Page.
Abbreviated parameters: CI = Cardiac Index, HR = Heart Rate, SI = Stroke Index, MAP = Mean Arterial Pressure, S/D = Systolic/Diastolic Pressure, TEMP = Body Temperature, EPCI = Ejection Phase Contractility Index, ISI = Inotropic State Index,
LSWI
= Left Stroke Work Index, SSVRI = Stroke Systemic Vascular Resistance Index, TFC = Thoracic Fluids Conductivity

The Monitoring Screen for the HOTMAN® System in "All noninvasive measurements" mode of operation. SpO2 and Hgb values measured and entered.
New abbreviated parameters (in comparison to previous image): Oxygen Delivery Index, DO
2I, and Saturation of Oxygen in Arterial Blood (measured by pulse oximetry), SpO2.

The Monitoring Page of the HOTMAN® System in "Invasive data available" mode of operation with all invasively obtainable parameters measured:
In comparison to "All noninvasive measurements" page above, this page displays four additional parameters: Saturation of O
2 in mixed venous blood, SvO2; O2 Consumption Index, VO2I.
Central Venous Pressure, CVP, and Pulmonary Artery Occluded Pressure, PAOP were measured and entered: CVP = 7 and PAOP = 15 Torr (mmHg)

The example below displays the Monitoring Page of the same patient as above, however, the Therapeutic Goal was switched to POSTOPERATIVE. Please note the change in normal ranges of CI and Oxygen transport parameters in comparison to the page above.

The Monitoring Page of the HOTMAN® System in "Invasive data available" mode of operation with all invasively obtainable parameters measured, switched to POSTOPERATIVE GOAL:
In comparison to "All noninvasive measurements" page above, this page displays four additional parameters: Saturation of O
2 in mixed venous blood, SvO2; O2 Consumption Index, VO2I.
Central Venous Pressure, CVP, and Pulmonary Artery Occluded Pressure, PAOP were measured and entered: CVP = 7 and PAOP = 15 Torr (mmHg)
